David is from Hartville, OH where he resides with his wife and daughter. He is the owner of two small businesses, Bedrock Construction and Mobility Plus of Cleveland. He has been an Eli House board member since October 2014 and helps coordinate short-term mission teams. His favorite pastimes are watching sports (Ohio State and Dallas Cowboys) and fishing.
Mark lives in Hartville, OH. He has been married to his wife for 26 years, and they have three daughters. His family attends church at Rivertree Lake where he and his wife serve as leaders for the Wednesday evening kids program. He is a graduate of Walsh University with a BA in Management and has worked as a sales manager for 25+ years in the hardware, power tool, and abrasive industries. Mark is employed at the Hartville Hardware. In his free time he likes to do woodworking and watch Ohio State football.
Chad lives in Hartville, OH with his wife and two children. He is the owner of Classic Stoneworks and Co-Owner of Sonora Stoneworks.
Chad is passionate about advocating for and serving marginalized people. He enjoys traveling with his family.
Betti lives in Hartville, Ohio. She has been married for 22 years to her husband Dave, and they have 2 children in college. Betti’s family attends Wellspring Bible Church in Alliance, Ohio. She graduated from the University of Akron with a Bachelors of education. For more than 20 years, she has taught students from kindergarten to high school that have special needs. Currently, she is employed at Coventry Local Schools. Betti loves spending time with her family outdoors, watching movies, and reading.
Child Sponsorship Director
David is a foster and adoptive parent who has served in ministries in Korea, Peru, Ecuador and the United States, focusing on child sponsorship programs. Following a 27-year career in the military, he served full-time as a Children’s Pastor for 7 years and now continues his child advocacy ministry with Eli House Mission. He currently serves as our Child Sponsorship Director and joined the board in April 2020. He attends Grace Point Church Medical Center and serves each Sunday on the security team. He and his wife, Dorothy, and their children live in San Antonio, Texas.
Chris lives in Uniontown Ohio with his wife of 23 years and their two teenage boys. Chris has worked in the Dental Field since 2003. He owns Phillips Dental Supply, repairing and supplying equipment to dental offices throughout Northeast Ohio. Chris attends Grace Cathedral in Cuyahoga Falls with his family, and enjoys remodeling projects, cycling, traveling, and mission work.
