Heather lives in Hartville, Ohio with her husband, four children, two dogs, cat and an ever changing number of chickens. She is a registered nurse turned stay-at-home mom. While her kids are in school she enjoys teaching swimming lessons at the local YMCA and substitute teaching within their school district. In her free time, if she’s not at one of her kids’ many sporting events, she enjoys boating, swimming, backyard campfires, family game nights and traveling.

Heather attends Evermore Community Church with her family. Her family has found great joy in hosting a student from Basque Country, Spain for a portion of each summer through a program within their church called Summer in the USA. It has easily become the entire family’s favorite part of summer.

San Luis, RC, Mexico stole a piece of Heather’s heart from the very first trip she took to Eli House in 2022. She is so thankful for the opportunity to serve the people in that community through Eli House Mission.
